For patients who have been treated for headaches or migraines at Piercey Neurology LLC in the past, please contact our office to see if you qualify for a follow up appointment. Depending on the timeframe since your last appointment, a new referral from your primary care provider may be required.
Jaime is accepting new patients and welcomes the opportunity to perform a thorough assessment of your headache and migraine complaints to develop comprehensive acute and chronic treatment plans for each individual patient. If you are a new patient and would like to be seen for consultation, please have your primary care provider send a referral to our office for review. After you have been scheduled for your new patient consultation appointment, please fill out our New Patient Packet (link below). We request that you return this to our office (via fax, email, or hardcopy), along with copies of your photo ID and insurance information, one week prior to your appointment date so that we may prepare for your visit and facilitate your best care.
